HaPPy MoThERs DaY!!!!!

Starting the day out with such a cute gift from the wonderful boys(all 3) in my life! This cute frame with the cutest saying and some YUMMY carmels!! They also gave me a couple cards that were super cute. Thanks sweetie and boys for allowing me to be your mom, I'm one lucky gal! :)
Drew wasn't having it...didn't want to take the time for a pic. Thanks for cooperating Peyter! :)

A quick visit to Grandpa Rich's, since Cindy was out walking the dog...the boys got to wrestle and play with Grandpa. Much over due fun with him!

Tys with his step mom Cindy...she finally made it back home :)

Then another stop to see Tysons mom. A quick family pic of her kiddos plus some :)

I heard Drew downstairs singing and went to find him playing this little guitar and singing away. I think we'll get him his own soon...he seems to find one no matter where we go!

Tay showing us his skills!

and their Uncles playing and pushing them on the swings.

Grandma Julie with all 5 kids this time

and we didn't make it to the North side of town...so I can't say I have anything to do with this picture (Nate gets complete credit!) BUT wanted to include my step mom also in the Mothers Day post...so she is also wished a Happy Mothers Day!

Peyt hates pics, but was laughing so hard cause I got his hand out of the way...haha! Here is the cute little bag he made me at Primary today with yummy treats inside!

And back to my moms for dinner, dessert and family fun! All her kids...minus Erin who is just too far away! Although, she was on the phone.... :)

and with some of the grandkids who are SOOO thrilled about getting their picture taken! haha

Well, Happy Mothers Day to all the wonderful mothers in our life....we are blessed to have so many great examples and so many moms to love! :)

*...WeeKenD FaMiLy FuN...*

And NOTHING is better than time spent with the ones we love MOST!
FIRST and so exciting for Peyt...Tys took him on a Father & Sons campout with our old ward. Our good friend Ryan had said they should come and once Peyton knew, he wasn't about to let his dad turn that opportunity down. He kept saying he was going camping in the "Rocky Mountains where the dinosaurs used to live" and I have no clue where he came up with that! :)
Every day he was asking if it was almost time for the campout and could barely control his excitement when Friday came. He told me that it was just for Dads and big kids. Cute!

All ready to go...just waiting for Ryan and Austin to come...
Cute BoYs!

SO since they were off to play...I thought Drew and I might as well enjoy a date night out together too!

We headed to Gateway where we had RuMbi for dinner... (he wanted to wear the badge, don't you love it?? Just taking after Grandpa Rich in being a Fireman!)
We found some yummy gumballs! and then went and partially enjoyed "How to Train A Dragon"... Drew was scared of it and after about 20 minutes and covering his eyes off and on he was pulling on my arms ready to leave. So we did. I'm sure it was about done with the scary firey dragons, maybe, but oh well...I wasn't about to force a 2 1/2 year old to stay when he'd probably just cry or scream. So then we headed home and cuddled in bed until we fell asleep. I loved having a night with just my little Drew. I think we'll do this more often!
Tys and Peyt had sent us this pic to wish us "Goodnight" I think it's so cute!
Austin and Peyt the morning after the campout. Peyt loved it! Thanks Ryan for taking them! I know they loved going!!

}TRaDiTioN{ Tait Family Mothers Day party...
All the girlies that were there anyway. Love them all so much!
and please do not make the same mistake I did in asking if this was a bowling shirt...OOPS! It is actually a VERY awesome Bikers shirt! that I too now think is absolutely AWESOME! :)
Ed, our photographer! Thanks!!
My aunt Traci gave us yummy smoothies...THANK YOU! and then Sheri always gives us these, my fav, gerber Daisies!!! and this one just happened to be both of our favorites!!

Thanks for such a fun weekend...I seriously can't even explain how much I love family and how much they mean to me. I hope I never take advantage of any time I could have spent with those I love! :)

Some here...some there...!

Because I got behind...
Drew randomly wanting to eat a cucumber while enjoying the luxury of a Piggy Back ride
Having fun with Grandma and the Hero Squad punching set
Too bad the fun only lasted about one night until it popped! :( bummer!
Drew was hilarious trying to carry it around all night!
Tough little guy!
Grandma brought the boys home these SUPER cute and YUMMY cookies! The boys loved them! Thanks!! (I may or may not have helped in eating that DELICIOUS frosting!!)
Me and Peyter at soccer
His last week of soccer, just wanted one more pic with my little guy that is growing too fast! and I know that he is getting too big when I can't figure out how to play his Star Wars game on the Wii and he steals the paddle and is an instant pro!
Drew stealing Grandpa Bruces socks...he thought he was pretty sly!
Drew LOVES Nacho Libre and loves to imitate his dive... here is proof! :)
AND we decided to have a little Jazz party that Peyt turned into his own... funny I told everyone to smile and this is what I got...no smiles except from the only person not looking, Grandma! haha they must have not been too excited about that game...I wonder why ???
Cute little Cuddlers! I love when they get along!
Off to the Park with our good long time friends...we love the Thompsons and are glad we've kept in touch for all these years!
Peyt and Tate have been good friends practically since the day they were born! Thanks for inviting us to play! I think the favorite toy was the merry go round and as always, they love feeding the ducks!
Peyt's attempt to take a picture of me, he was trying to just get the flowers...he's so cute!
He came home and said "Mom, I have a surprise for you...." He was SOOO excited to show me! and I absolutely LOvED it!! and then he said "let me get a picture with you and the flowers" but then he decided he just wanted the flowers then after I got ready...there was another try! How fun and rewarding it is being a mom, especially in a moment like this. I love my little guys! (and the big one too! haha)
Peyt also made this for his dad for Fathers Day since school is almost out...Tys got lucky early! Can't wait to see him where this to church! :) ...and neither can Peyt!

Nothing too exciting going on...we finished up with our last night of soccer today. And now we're getting ready for summer and lazy days! We're loving this chance to live with Grandma and Grandpa...we heard all the horror stories about living with parents, but I'd have to say we are pretty lucky cause we've been having nothing but FUN! Thanks Mom and Bruce! :)
