Happy Fathers Day!!!

Wow. Where to start. Today was awesome. It started especially because of an amazing video Tys and I watched last night. A mormon message one...made me think deep. My kids are incredibly lucky to have this amazing dad. He encourages them to succeed, cheers them on, loves them, cares for them, works every day to provide for them, is their buddy and friend, their strength, amazing teacher and educator, he is everything they need and more. The list goes on. Happy Fathers Day!  We made him a fathers day picture/slideshow video with breakfast to watch!  He also got a awesome golf shirt!
and...this little miss...was in her "dance" dress just chilling on her chair in her room listening to music.  She had been dancing but took a break to eat some peaches. haha
We made a quick stop to see bruce.  He is amazing father and step father to me.  I couldn't be more thankful for him and all he has done for me in my life.
and then to my dads for a yummy dinner!
Love my dad and his shiny hair!  He is amazing and I love him!  So thankful for his example and so thankful for him!
then to Grandpa Rich's! Drew hula hooping! he rocked it!
and no smile from grandpa. I promise he was happy! :)
got home and kinlee was doing somersaults with the boys! She is seriously amazing!
We had tys come sit in the middle of the floor and on the count of 3 they yelled Happy Fathers day and tackled him with hugs! Kinlee missed the memo...
 Then she joined in!
Love my family.  I get overwhelmed with emotions just seeing all of our pics together while doing these posts. I am so blessed and so thankful every day. Happy Fathers Day to my sweet hubby and to all the Fathers in my life!

Happy Fathers Day eve!

Annual Fathers day party with my moms side...40+ peeps and tons were missing! Love family time so much! No matter who it's with. I think I've learned to appreciate how precious the time is so much more over the past year.
Drew missed the big pic and was so bummed. So he wanted one with me and kInlee joined too!
 Chicken fight!
 Yup! She loves those goggles!
Photo bomb by peyt! haha Love these grandparents...! I sat and talked with my grandma for a minute.  Asked her how it felt to know she and gramps are the reason all these people were there at the party together. They started it all! So amazing! Love you two! and thanks to my cute mom and bruce for hosting! It's a favorite for sure and always a success!!!

Drews Hip Hop!

Drew has been taking hip hop since about the fall. He absolutely loves it! He had his recital with his buddies and cousin. It was adorable!!!
Their pic, minus Sam and eli who couldn't come that night.
 Before they went on stage!
 Way to go Drew!
I am so proud of this boy! He did awesome! He has mastered the worm. I swear he was born to break dance! It's so cute!
He chose yogotogo after! Brother Frost, from the ward, bishopric was there and decided to photo bomb our pic! haha It was awesome :)
and this little girl has been dancing tons since Drews recital! She absolutely loves dancing now! At the recital she was sad when we left saying "I stay and dance!" So now, we put a radio in her room.  She asks to put on of these dresses on, asks for the music and says "I dance, watch me!" Or she will dance all by herself. I love it!!!

Peyt turned 8!!!

Breakfast in...well it was gonna be bed. But this boy wakes up way too early! haha so he got it in his self made bed in front of the tv :)
He LOVES cheesecake and that was his request! So he got it! :)
He climbed underneath this to get out, so I made him go back in and run through!

All his Ute gear! Including his chair he has been waiting for.
I made him run over  to our neighbors after church and snap a pic in his suit and hair done cause he wants to buzz it!
He also requested red velvet. So we doubled and made it for Sadies bday and late for Peyt! Kinlee enjoyed it a little much :)

I can't believe he is 8! His actual bday was on a Sunday and we kept it low key cuz of his baptism. It was actually hard on me to see him sad because he really wanted all the family to come over. Now I know why we do their little parties, even if people can't come.  I try, because it means the world to these kids. :( He did love the couple visits he got from family! But I learned my lesson. We will do something no matter what every year. He did choose his steak dinner and we played flag football with the family. It was perfect I thought! Loved it! Happy bday peyt!!!

Happy Birthday Eve to Peyt, he's gonna be 8!

The one thing Peyt REALLY wanted for his bday was to do an early tee time and golf 18 holes! He absolutely loved it and was so excited! He thought after we might swim at grandmas...
Little did he know we decided to surprise him! I had told him this year we wouldn't do a party because when he gets baptized we get to have a party after that. I was sticking to it until I realized it would be easy.. :)

I got his 4 closest friends and we headed up to the pool to wait! They were tired of waiting for Peyt so they hopped in :) I couldn't handle much more than four others to watch at a pool! haha
I thought this was hilarious! I'm like "Peyt! were you surprised?!" and he made this face with his hands up in the air! He is funny. He says he knew, but he totally didn't!

He asked for Thunderstruck for his bday and a Calvin Johnson jersey.  We already had his gifts so Grandma got to give him the movie!! He was SOOOOO excited!
 Cute Little fishy Kinlee! :)

 Love her goggles, right?!
When we got home Kinlee got on the couch and said she was sleeping... haha she might have fooled me...
Then when I had the camera out she said "I didn't say cheese!" haha love her!

So happy eve to peyt! here's to tomorrow and him turning 8! I can't believe it!

Last day of 1st Grade!

I realized it was the last day, so hopped in the car and hurried to the bus stop to find these 3 all in matching tops! haha cute! I wanted a pic, so glad I got one.
 Peyts locker!
I went to check peyt out early to head to Lagoon. When I got there they were doing yearbook signing. I was getting teary eyed, so lame I know! But it was the cutest thing and I loved it and was sad at the same time. Love his buddies!
Mrs Weber was his English teacher. She is THE best teacher ever! I seriously love her and also was teary eyed saying bye to her. She has been such an amazing help in Peyts life. I love Teachers! Especially her!
We headed to Lagoon. First stop, Rattlesnake rapids! haha My boys are awesome for a pic! It was cuz we were soaked...but you can't even tell.
And yay! Grandma Debbie got to come too! She got a season pass and I'm so glad! The kids loved having her come along! (So did I!)
 Log Ride! Kinlee's first time!
This was so cute. Drew would help Kinlee in and out of every ride and take such good care of her. I loved that they were holding hands. Melt my heart! Seriously!

HaPpY 10 YeArS to us!!!

We decided we would do dinner at home since we had baseball all night and because we realized the kids need to see how important it is to us to have been married 10 years! So we did our anniversary as the fam this year.
with yummy cobbler dessert! peaches, a cake mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter! YUMMY!
Love him! So thankful for where we are today, for all we have been through and that I get to call him mine!

Sooo...I went into our room to find this from tys!
Inside it had all this! With notes of explanation...leading basically to a trip he bought for us!!! We are going to the Dominican Republic! I was freaking out. So nervous. So scared to leave my kids for that long and to go that far away :( BUT I have to remember he is an amazing hubby and put SO much effort into planning this and to also remember how important it is for us to go and have that time together. I'm so lucky! Thanks babe!
Oh this is the opened gift! There were presents inside presents and it was so fun to open! I loved it!
This is randomly in here, but Kinlee and Drew were yelling for me to take a pic! haha Cuz she was holding his hand while he played the wii :) CUTE!
