Back in June, for our anniversary my sweet hubby hired my brother Nate to come do a date video for us! It was so much fun, and I'm SOOO excited to have ours complete! He is so great at what he does and we love watching it! It was worth EVERY penny!!!!!!

My brother Nate and I went to a Christmas sweater party for work socializing...it was a lot of fun, but I have to say I think he was the most decked out! Thanks for inviting me Nate!

Today we went to Grandma Julies sacrament meeting to hear Taylor sing...afterwards we just lounged till dinner...Peyt wasn't feeling good, so here he is resting and Drew decided to follow along.
We went to Grandma Carols for dinner and Peyt wanted me to hold him...ONE of my FAVORITE things...to cuddle with my little guys and even better when they fall asleep in my arms!!

We are enjoying every day whether it's lounging inside or being with friends and family! So many times I forget my camera, but then realize I still have a lot of pics when I go to post them! haha Hope you are all enjoying your Holiday Season too!

Yet Another Great Realization...

As I spent time with good High School friends last night...obviously with time you just tend to grow further apart. But Last night is where some of my once best friends were and now after time but mostly after last night, I realized...my best friend of all was sitting at home without me. My wonderful husband. Of course you marry your best friend, and people always say that...but last night while driving home I really thought about what a best friend is. He has ALWAYS been there for me, through all or any kind of struggle and stood by my side to lift me up and get me through it or to support me in my best times and most of all just be the person I always need and is always there for me at the drop of a hat. Someone I can be myself around, we goof off and have so much fun together even in our competitive game moments..haha! Never judgemental of me and always looking out for both of our best interests. I love him and want to make sure he knows it and that I know how lucky I am to have such an amazing best friend! Thanks sweetie for being you!

A Weekend of Entertainment...!

WARNING...kinda LONG! =)
On friday sweet Tys took the boys for a few hours to work with him, and they even went and had lunch with Grandpa Rich at the Firestation! Peyt loved it! and then...

Peyt got to play in the snow with Dad while Drew took a nap and I got some things done. Then we played Christmas music and just enjoyed the afternoon together.
Then we decided to get a Gingerbread house for a little activity...before we have made them out of Graham crackers and thought this would be a MUCH better idea...

TOO BAD that thought was ruined when it took over an hour for the frosting on the house to even set up and then after the boys decorated it, it was STILL collapsing!

Drew is so stinkin' funny with his hats! Tys thought he looked like an elf! haha...Peyt and I are just trying to figure things out.
AND We will just admit we aren't pros...but here is their final product!

Then on Saturday morning all the grandkids were invited by my mom and Bruce for their annual tradition of Breakfast with Santa! The boys loved it AND thanks to my mom for the pictures!!

and Peyton FINALLY telling Santa just what he wants...he was SOOO scared of him when I dropped him off, glad he finally warmed up!

We came home and got ready for yet another party of fun! No pictures, but we go to Tysons step moms sisters house and get to see that whole side of the family and enjoy a yummy lunch! While we were getting ready to head there...Peyt decided it was time to work, put on his dads shoes and beanie and couldn't even look at the camera because he said "I'm busy working" too cute! He loves being like his dad!

OH NO...it doesn't end there! haha then as soon as we got home from there, we had our last and final party for the day...our Ward Party where we got to visit with friends, eat again, and listen to the Primary kids sing their songs! Wish I had my camera and video camera, it was really cute! We ended the night enjoying a movie with friends while Tys had fun at the Jazz game and brought home this great blanket...it's even stretchy!! This is Peyt in dads Jazz gear once again, but won't smile for the camera...

We went to our usual Sunday dinner at my dads and are home for night! I love this season and all the fun that comes with it!! Can't wait for more fun this week as we get to fill our days with more activities!!
