OQUIRRH Mountain Temple...

Today my sister planned for us to go the Open house. I think it is neat that there have been two my boys have had the opportunity to go to. The only chance I had when I was younger was the Bountiful temple...and that seems like forever ago! Even though it isn't Drew's favorite activity, it is something Peyton LOVES to do. He had been up a few times in the night with a cough and probably a cold and this morning the first thing he said when he woke up was "Mom, we gotta get ready to go to the temple!!" He was so excited, how could I tell my little 4 year old no to such a great opportunity!??! So off we went! Thanks for planning it Em! It was great to go with family, even though a little frustrating with all the kids! =) Still glad to have made that memory!

Peyton on the way excited to be going...especially proud to be in a booster seat! Love him!

Our cute little boys...they really are best buds

hmmm...what is their favorite thing?? If you can't tell, they LOVE to chew gum...guess this gives that away! =)

The whole crew...!

Thanks again Em for getting it planned...we are glad we didn't miss it!

(PS..Meghan this post is done in thought of you!! haha...I can't believe I had slacked since Sunday...and I'm calling you back today! =)......)

We had such a fun week...! Peyton and Drew loved having cousins to play with everyday! Who can complain of days filled with glitter toe painting, doing hair, swimming, girls nights, laughing, Card games till midnight, Yummy food, shopping, pillow fights, golfing(for the guys!), bed jumping, nightly desserts and treats, and just being with the family???!! Not us! We love going!

and Thanks to my mom and Bruce who make all this fun and memory making possible~! We love you both and are thankful you do this for all of us! Hope the tradition continues forever! Thanks again!!!

To My Dad...

This is obviously not a recent picture, but I keep wanting to let my dad know what a great example he is to me. To let him know how thankful I am to call him my Father. We have been through rough times and also through the best times...I hope to be like my dad, always wanting and willing to help someone at the drop of a hat, to be there for you and always give the best and usually right advice! Thanks dad for being you and needless to say I know where my love for caramel comes from and the little craving I get for black licorice every once in awhile and the DEEP desire I secretly have for Cream Soda...all from my dad! I know I don't see or talk to him nearly enough, but do know I could really go for a butter brickle frozen yogurt with him right now from Maverik!! haha Love you dad and I hope you know it!

"Mom...I'm going skateboardin'..!"

That was his answer when I asked "Um, Peyt, what are you doing bud?"
Wow, how much do I seriously LOVE this little guy!!! Okay, so Peyton is getting all these different accesories on, and Tyson is helping him get on what he is asking for help with... I come in the room and here is Peyt's gear:

This was his custom set up of items to jump over...love it? Be sure to notice his "glove" aka: a mug holder thing..haha! Also, his church shoes which are obviously now his "skate" shoes with his basketball shorts, well I guess everything on would now be considered his "skate attire!" And here are his moves, and of course, you should know, that he can even jump over castles...at least that is what he told me!

Oh my gosh, I love his imagination! He is so cute to come up with all of these things and ideas...I just had to come post it right after taking the pics because it was too cute to pass up! I hope you think it was just as entertaining (at least I know my mom will..haha)!!!

Peytons latest and greatest looks...AND CheRRy HiLL with the JaZZ BeAR!!

Lately, well ever since Peyton inherited these cute ties from my aunt, he has been wanting to wear them...and we have been trying to get him in bed earlier...even though he isn't going to sleep, he is adventuring through his room making up these great outfits and carrying them out through the day or even sleeping in them! Way too cute! Love his imagination!

No tie, but hey, he's got keys! haha
This is what he slept in that night and SAID he was wearing it to Cherry Hill (don't worry, when the time came, he quickly got into his swimsuit and ditched this ensamble)
Going with Grandma Julie, he wanted her to see his boots and tie, because he loves them, that's what he said...

AND...today we went to Cherry Hill and got to see the Jazz Bear! Peyton acts excited until he gets anywhere close to him and then he freaks out! Oh well, at least he made away with a couple posters and some fun! I never take my camera to Cherry Hill with us, but did today since the Bear was coming and got some other cute pics of the fun stuff like love doing while we are there....!

Peyton loves this horse!

This is Drew's favorite place on the Pirate Ship

With his signed pic of the Jazz Bear

Fun times! Love the summer and enjoying the water and entertainment I get from these little guys every day!

While Dad's away...I guess we'll PLaY!!!!

Um, or I guess we still play while he is here! I went to choose pics and saw lots I've forgotten to post! So even though we enjoyed some time while he was at High Adventure...there were plenty more good times with him here!! Enjoy the Pic OveRLoAd!!!

Lovin' the Pool! He'd stay in there all day if I let him!
2 of the 3 Most FavOritE boys in my life!
Well, I buzzed their heads...or so I thought, they don't look TOO buzzed here?
That's what your bed is for, right?? To jump on...oh and for sleeping I guess!
His first sparkler...it's not sparkling too much! haha
A little dissapointed...the fireworks we bought this year weren't that great...
His worked!
Enjoying a late night movie and popcorn...waiting for Peyton to get home from his "date"
Peyton got to go on his date with Grandma Julie, they went golfing, to eat, and to watch Taylor in his play! Thanks Julie, Peyton loved it!
AND of course, ANOTHER swimming day at Granmdas...with a few of our extras...the baseball toy, slip-n-slide and snow cones!

Cute Dash!
Of course, again, playing on the beds! Why not, right? =)
After a yummy dinner with Em and her boys (since her hubby was on a camp out too) we went for a little walkAs always, these Cutler boys, showing Peyton the real fun in hand held games!

Braxton came to sleep over and then we went to the Farmington Parade in the morning to see Grandpa Rich (he is a fireman there)
We finished off the fun week/weekend with our old time favorite, Maverik frozen yogurt! Thanks Grandma Debbie for meeting us and treating us to some good treats!

It was a fun little time with just the boys...but we are glad to get our dad back today!!
