FuN but JuST so ReLaxiNG WeeKenD!!!

Always looking for something uplifting...and this weekend was much needed :)
First...on Friday the boys and I had fun dressing up Kinlee and taking some pics! The boys even helped take some!

Is she not one of the cutest girls you've ever seen?!?! She is definately MY favorite little girl!!!
On Friday night we headed over to Beckhams bday party (next door) and had so much fun! I don't think there are many things better for you than a good long hard laugh! and we had plenty that night. We are lucky to have scored such awesome neighbors all around!

So on Saturday Tys talked the boys into staying home, having a pizza/movie night instead of going out on the town! It was perfect and one of my favorite things to do for sure! Cuddle up with my family and enjoy some quality time together!

On Sunday, we again just RELAXED! and I loved every second. Little Kinlee has ANOTHER cold...so we were laying low. I don't want it to get any worse! but here she is in her blue and only blue outfit! Thanks Heather! It's cute as ever on her!
Peyt whipped up a treat to take to Grandma Debbies for Monday...yes he snuck a few bites of the batter! :)
Well...around 10, Peyt couldn't sleep...he did this the other night and came out saying he had counted to 402 waiting for morning to come! haha Anyway, so he came out and we heard the rain pounding down! Him and I went out to look and couldn't resist getting out there, so we threw on dads convienient shoes by the door (yes, both of us) and the boys umbrellas on the coat rack and ran out to enjoy the rain! I love my Peyt and that he loves the rain as much as me...even if it was after 10 pm!!! :)
well, that same night I went down and discovered two of my boys zonked on the couch. It was midnight, but the last time I saw them they were enjoying treats and cuddling...
Today, monday...we woke up and saw this HUGE PUDDLE (? is it considered a puddle?) in the back yard! Peyt and I have plans to be playing in it tomorrow...if it's still there!
then at the last minute, my mom called and said they had seats for us at the movie! THANKS! We saw Rango...although I was SUPER dissapointed in the movie, I was glad we spent time with the family!
AND then...we were off to Grandma Debbies to shave the heads! The boys were super excited, well Drew was UNTIL we were almost done, then he started bawling and saying "I not want my head like dash's!!!" he had changed his mind a LITTLE too late :) Oh well, he was happy about it once Peyt had the same hair do!
And all the "baldies" together!

We enjoyed yummy Mandarin, good laughs and just time relaxing not worrying about a thing! One of the best days ever! Hope you had a good Memorial weekend too!

Catching up!

AND that is rare for me! I'm usually on top of this blogging stuff. Hold on tight cuz here we go! haha :)
Peyt asked one night if he could go jump in the puddles...so we cut off some pants and he called his friend over to join him! Drew and Beckham joined them but we didn't get a pic.
Drew has been doing his "Champ Camp"...he got his shirt finally! :) He likes it and loves to show you his dribble and shoot he learned! too cute.
Grandma and Grandpa came with DAsh and KB to watch.
They were having a safe kids fair at the Park where champ camp was so we headed over for a little Saturday fun :)

When we headed home, the neighbors wanted Peyt and Drew to come play. They put on swimming suits, ran threw the sprinklers and had snow cones! They seriously played ALL day until we made them come in around 8!
Worn out boys!

So on Sunday Drew was TOO worn out and wouldn't go to class, so I brought him home and he had to stay on his bed till Tys got home. well...this is what happened! I thought it was priceless. He looks so grown up :(
this was Kinlee's first day wearing Blue...too bad you can't tell. I wasn't diggin' the pic of me in color :) haha
Drew snuck in the fridge, got out the pizza and was chowing on it cold! hahaha he is one hilarious boy!

Peyt playing t-ball! Finally we've had nice weather so he can play.

For mom's Bday we took her to lunch and had some visitors. Grandpa Tait took care of Kinlee while I ate. Thanks Gramps!!
Our lunch CREW! :)
Since Peyt missed Grandmas lunch, she took him cupcakes to his class as a surprise! What a fun grandma!!!
then we headed to her house for her PINK party!
Peyt had his preschool graduation today... :( BITTERSWEET!

He was sooo nervous you could tell and probably praciticing his part over and over in his head. I love it!
Singing one of his songs :)
So serious getting his awards and hat :)

Grandma Debbie made it to watch him graduate! :)

Most of his class, some had already left.

Since he wasn't smiling for his other pic, I had him do another one tonight :)
Oh it is sad to think he is old enough to be going to kindergarten, such a hard time. I love him tons and wish he would hang on for a minute and let me keep him little :)

}Kinlee's Blessing{

Yesterday, May 22nd, we had Kinlee's blessing. We did it at our home, which ended up being perfect. A fast Sunday didn't work out for us, cause she would have been like 5 months old, and then we were going to do it at the church and that date conflicted...so we ended up here, in our home for her blessing. Now it will be sad the day we move, because of such a special memory. We will enjoy it while we are here :)
It was such a great day, so much family here to support. We had a little program and Peyt offered the opening prayer, I am a Child of God by all the kids, the blessing by Tyson, Families can be Together Forever by our whole family. I can't tell you how touched I was to hear almost all of our family singing that song together, it was incredible...then Drew gave us a closing prayer. Kinlee did awesome for her blessing and didn't make a peep. We love her so much and couldn't feel more blessed than we do with her and our little family.

Kinlee's GREAT grandparents, G & G Tait

Grandpa and Grandma Yates
Grandpa and Grandma Love
4 Generations...glad Great Grandma Charlene thought of it!
Nothing less than a Daddy's girl!
Grandpa and Grandma Pickett
I didn't even have him posing for this pic, it's real life!!! haha So I had to get a pic. I don't know that he's even held her before. He usually enjoyed her from afar :)
Cute brothers with their sister on her special day!
AND of course...had to throw in at least a pic of the cute desserts! :) haha
I still can't believe we had about 60 people here! THANK YOU so much to everyone for coming! It means a lot to know how much love and support we have around us.

Ps...Erin you know this is mostly for you since your flight got cancelled, wanted you to feel somewhat like you didn't miss it...maybe I'll post more pics later of action shots :)
Oh heck, why wait...here ya go! I'm kicking myself in the butt for not getting a group pic, because everyone was sitting together...now I don't know why I didn't!
