We SeRiousLy LoVE our time we get to spend with the family in Park City, thanks to my mom and Bruce for making it possible! So here's a few fun pics from the couple days we were there...
The kiddos playing Mario Kart...they loved it, no matter how stuck they got! haha By the look on Matts face, the race looks pretty intense!!
And playing on the snow...and yes, this was their REAL pose!
Em wanted to try these sweet curlers on my hair...I think I enjoyed her doing my hair the most!
The cuties going for a Swim in the...well, mostly hot tub from what I hear! =)
My curl result with my cute sis and sis-in-law!
The only way I could get Drew to get his haircut...he didn't complain once!
Lovely...!
And swimsuit tub time after being down at the REAL hot tub!
Watching the movie, getting ready for bed time....
My cute mom and I doing the famous face masks...her face was amazingly soft after!!! and the boys sat amazed as I peeled mine off!
More FUN bubble time!!!!!!
Creative Grandma made a cute craft for the kids...they loved it! And that made for our fun little getaway! Peyton can't wait to go back up! (and honestly...neither can I!!) =)

The BOYS...!

This is how I catch them almost every time watching the tv upstairs...on their tummies and hands under their chins. I think it looks super uncomfortable...but they love it!

At school Peyton got to celebrate his Half Birthday, which wasn't really his half b-day, but he still enjoyed it. They put up this cute cake for them, and the only way I got him to take a pic by it was because I had surprised him when I picked him up from school with some of his favorite friends in the car! He loved that and said I should do it more often! haha Oh and don't you love his huge jacket?? He REALLY wanted to wear it, so whatever, right?

Then last night, we had tithing settlement. This is what Peyton wanted to wear to go see the Bishop. He had to have a picture, and the only way he'd do that one was to do it with his dad. Too funny! and this is Drew saying "cheese!" It's hilarious...but that is little Drew for you! =)

A little cute-ness on "the Boys" and I love them!

LoVed it LOvED it...WaNt some MORE of it!!!!

Yea!!! Tonight I got to go see it! I don't read the books, but from what I hear it makes the movie that much better anyway! =) Then I don't know what I'm missing out on. I really don't like when the movie ends...I just keep hoping it will go on and on!!! Lets just say I can't wait for the next one, I am DEFINATELY hooked!!! I think I need to thank our friends that got us there, otherwise I don't know when I would have seen it! Maybe I could have done without all the teenage girls screaming...but I guess it added a little fun-ness to it all! Really though, who wouldn't agree with me that there is nothing but LoVE for New Moon?!?! =)

A Little Bit of my HeaVen...

Last night Peyt asking if he can go play in the snow...and me thinking how much I loved playing in the snow when I was little, building snow caves, sledding, and snowball fights...now I get to do that with my own little boy. We threw on some snow gear and we were off to play outside.

We shoveled up some snow off the grass and made this HUGE sledding slope! haha...I know it's little, but he loved it once it smoothed out!
Us on our "snow hill"...He said "Is my face funny in that picture mom?" Funny? I think it's cute!

Drew randomly waking up a little unhappy but calmed as I held him and rocked him, since Drew NEVER lets me do this...I was yes, in part of my "heaven."
I absolutely love my boys and the time I get to spend with them, after playing with Peyt outside and then snuggling with Drew, I realized this is what a little bit of my bliss, excitement and heaven is. I loved it...and soaked it in.

And to include my wonderful husband...we had such a fun weekend together (thanks for watching the boys mom) and he is the greatest. How did I really get so lucky??? Sometimes you don't realize your luck until it's been too late...I'm glad I have figured it out sooner rather than later!

I think I just can't believe that this is just what I've wanted to do my whole life, be a wife and a mother...sometimes it can definately be hard, but I am loving it...Really a dream come true. I love being a family, so here's for sharing a little bit of my Heaven.

CuTe PeyTon...!

So on Thursday Peyton made some cute Egg Carton flowers for Grandma Kay. He insisted we get them to her right away. We headed over to her house and he was so proud to give them to her. She loved them! I didn't get a pic of them together, but I did manage this one, and thought it was SO cute!

Touched by our Grandma Kay...

Tonight we made the much over due time to go see Tysons sweet Grandma. I cannot even look at this picture without my eyes watering. She was just not herself, she is a person that is always happy to see you. We have been SO fortunate in our families to not have the death of a close loved one. We have seen Great Grandparents pass on, but for some reason this situation seems much different and more difficult. Although we still have our Grandma Kay here, we are afraid she is passing slowly. She has been such a wonderful person since the day I met her. Always there with open arms and a loving smile. Trials have not been invisible to her, "she has gone through more than her share of troubles and difficult times and then some", as Grandpa Dennis put it tonight. As we visited with her tonight, I could not help but feel such a tremendous love for her as she layed there in a blank stare. Drew was so cute to tell her he loved her and give her a kiss, while Peyton was a little more shy. They drew her pictures of turkeys that said "Happy Thanksgiving" and she loved them. After they had left the room I gave her hug and made sure she knew just how much we really love her. She said some very kind things and then with tears streaming down both of our faces, she asked me not to cry and to just be happy...be happy...be happy...she repeated over and over and then said to please just love eachother. She cares about each of us so much and those are the only things that matter, when she passes, she wants us to remember the most important things. That is just what they are. To love eachother and to be happy. I realized that is just what the Savior wants for us too. She is right. We love her so much and only hope to blessed with her in our lives even longer. I told her if she needed anything to let me know, that I would love to come paint her toes and fingernails for her...she told me "I don't need that, because I'm going to heaven..."

ALL of our HALLOWEEN Fun...! Lots-a PiCS!?!

We started off with a Pumpkin Carving night...

THEN on Friday, yes, the night before Halloween...Peyton decided he REALLY wanted to be Handy Manny...so off to Walmart we went and found our supplies to put together this:

We managed to fit in a matinee date on Saturday with great friends and got to see...

which was pretty good! They are all amazing dancers...it was fun to get a peek of what could have been!
and then I'm not sure why, but our boys DO NOT like dressing up for Halloween...Drew was screaming over even wearing this, which was supposed to be a "cowboy" but he wouldn't even wear the hat. Maybe one day they will like going all out...for now, I won't complain, it makes it easier for me!

Off to our Trunk or Treat...where I didn't get hardly ANY pics!! I was sad...but at least we got a couple! They loved it...well until Peyt thought his bag was too heavy and actually Drew loved every minute!

And we wanted a little family pic with our ONE carved pumpkin! We can call that festive, right? =) Love my boys energetic posing!

Off for a little more trick or treating...this one though is of Drew putting his hands in the buckets...to find his candy! yea! =)

I love this one...Peyt is good and on his way, but you can see Drew in the back getting his candy. For me, it was cute!

Yay!! Today for Grandma Debbies Halloween fun, I somehow talked Drew into wearing the monkey costume...so of course we had to get a pic while it was on, who knew how long it would last!?!?
Us heading to my moms...Peyt wanted us to dress up like last year. So Tys decided to be my brother Matt (who is the guy that loves to low ride his pants and wear shirts that just might be a size too small! hahaha) So that explains Tysons red basketball shorts hanging out, his sagging pants and him wearing my shirts!! I think he looks pretty good if you ask me! As for myself, put some wings on and call it good!!! No, I don't know what "I am"...it's me with wings and it satisfied Peyton! =)
Good ol' photographer Peyton. Love his help!

Matt and Matt...haha or is that Tyson?!?! Lame, yes, but just laugh! =)
Eating donuts off the string...Peyt loved it!

and Drew just thought it was limbo time! (Is that what it's called?)
He didn't want to share ANY of this popcorn...he thought it was pretty tasty and ALL for himself!

I almost forgot our tasty take home treat from my mom!!! These YUMMY amazing carmel apples! I had to take a pic before they dissapear! The carmel, white chocolate with Reeses is to die for!! Thanks mom! We'll get to the cinnamon sugar one soon enough too!

Well...there you have it! Our HaLLowEEN 09' is complete! Lots of fun, too much candy, all for great memories! Hope you had a Happy Halloween too!
