}GiRLy FeStiVe TiME{

Thanks to my Grandma Kaye who had extra tickets to the Christmas Concert, Jill(aka:one of my fav sis-in-laws) and I got to enjoy a night out with yummy dinner AND wonderful entertainment. Just enough to help in getting us in the Christmas spirit!
Jill and I FREEZING outside while deciding what line to stand in. It WAS a mad house!!! We finally got there just after 7 and the lines were huge and they were supposed to have everyone seated by 7:30. Our line had barely moved by then, by about 7:45 we were finally in but lucked out because my mom and Bruce had saved us some seats. Otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to get seats...because I guess they gave out way too many tickets. Thanks Mom and Bruce for coming to the rescue! :)
One of the pics from the ending. I am amazed at what an amazing voice David Archuleta has. He really is incredible and it was neat for him to sing along with the Tabernacle, Orchestra and the other entertainment going on. Loved it! Just don't know that I would want to have been there at 6 standing in the freezing cold waiting in line forever. We were frozen as it was. :)
After the concert! Thanks for coming Jill! It was fun to hang out with you...good chats, yummy dinner at the "OG", long walks, freezing our behinds off and witnessing the man getting CPR! Scary, and yes I think we're both wondering if he ended up being okay, never seen that happen in real life. Anyway, lucky to have such a fun and great sister in law :)
and our seat savers...THANKS for getting there early so we could slack, BUT not on purpose! :)

MoRe Christmas with SaNtA!

This was the 2nd party the boys have been able to see Santa at. Usually it seems like they only get to once, but this year they are LUCKY! Last night I think it actually scared both of them because he was tag teamin' it with Mrs. Clause! haha Anyway, we had fun at Grandma Kay's Care Center and the boys loved the yummy treats and Christmas singing. Thanks Grandma for inviting us!
**NoTiCe Drew in his cowboy boots and vest again?? haha, he LOVES wearing it, when I ask him to go grab a jacket, he runs and gets his cowboy gear!**

ChRisTmaS ParTy...

**NUMERO UNO**
Because we are loaded with them it seems like, but who doesn't love getting in the Christmas spirit with all the parties? :) Well, we do! Thanks to Great Grandma and Grandpa Love who put together a dinner for all the family at Golden Corral with a Surprise visit from Santa, which the kids LOVED!!!
Drew went right up on Santas lap, and told him he wanted Batman.
Peyt made sure Santa knew he wanted a Batcave. and kept wondering how the heck Santa got there and how he was getting home! :)
Most of the cousins.
And of course, Shawnee had to have a girl picture. SORRY but I HATE prego pics! I am feeling anything but flattered to have a pic taken of me. I am huge!
and some of the guys, at least that were there...we were missing a few! :)
Thanks Grandpa and Grandma Love for a good time together!
and the Balloon man came in making all sorts of fun Balloons!
Well on to more adventures and party times this week! We'll be bloggin' plenty! :)

AND...we have PRogReSS!!!

FIRST of ALL...

Tys invited one of his best little buds to the Jazz game. Peyt was SO excited! As soon as he got home from his friends house he thought he needed to get ready even though he wasn't leaving for hours! He put his jersey and hat right on and didn't take them off till he got home from the game. He loved it!

AND you may need some sunglasses...
Cause everyone says this is WAY too bright, but I love it! Here's for our girly girly room! Can't wait to decorate. I actually had an appointment this morning and told the Dr. that you know after 11 boys in our family, and this being the first girl, they should really make an exception for another ultrasound JUST to make sure the impossible is really possible~ and he said "Oh a sex check ultrasound, SURE!, it will only take a minute, so schedule it for next time and bring your husband." AWESOME! We'll get to see our little girl and make sure that's JUST what she is!
Main Bath(they actually did the wrong color, but I figured it wasn't worth the hassle to have them fix it. )
Drew wanted a picture of him in the room...he is hilarious with his poses!
The boys room...
We just got the all the paint wrapped up yesterday, except for our exterior doors and timber. Hopefully when it's warm enough with the sun out long enough we'll get to those too!
Drew was loving his posing fun!
Obviously....the front door :)

Master
Master bath...showers and tub fronts to come this week...HOPEFULLY!
One of my favorites...our closet! We need this space! :)
Mud/Laundry room
Trying to decide....shaggy or plush?

Looks like it's time to mop that floor! This is the basement with half concrete and the other half we'll have carpet.

Well, guess that's it! The exterior should be done by the middle of next week, then we can show some updated pics of that and Tysons sweet concrete work too! Oh just can't wait to be in and call it home...for at least a minute :)

**CoUsiN TiMe**

One HUGE benefit that the boys LOVE while being at Grandmas is when the cousins get watched, they get to PLAY, PLAY oh and play some more! Peyt and Drew absolutely adore all their cousins and soak in every minute while they are here.
FIRST:
Peyt got to celebrate his half Birthday at school. This was the cute tin they gave him with treats inside. He was so excited, but I had to keep explaining it didn't mean he was having his real Birthday when he got home. But no worries, it just meant he made plans for next year when he really turns 6!

AND...GOING Artificial!!! hahaha...since we don't have our tree this year(because we weren't about to go digging through storage) I decided it would be a fun craft for the boys to put together their OWN tree for Christmas...

They loved decorating it and seeing it on the wall. So now Peyt wants Santa to deliver presents under that tree instead of Grandmas upstairs. CUTE!

The kids LOVED playing this Hulabaloo game! It was funny to watch them get so excited over it! :)
Of course, traditional stair riding! The boys love it! Don't you love how you can't even see Drew!

THEN Grandma and Grandpa got tickets for the kids to go see the Christmas Carol. So I decided to tag along.

Dash and Peyt had front row seats and LOVED it until Jacob, or whatever his name is, came out in chains and scared them to death! They ran up to Grandmas lap and Peyt even started crying. Oh well, it was lots of fun and a cute play.

The cousins don't leave till today, but I'm sure we won't be getting many more pics, so thought I'd post some of the fun they had!

MoRe FUN!

Because it seems like this time of year, no matter what...the entertainment never ends...
Thanks to sweet Sadie and my great mom and Bruce...Tys and I got a night out. Dinner and he invited me to the Awesome Jazz game...even though they lost, it was still tons of fun! Thanks babe for a fun date!
and I swear these boys get so hyped up this time of year...entertaining us constantly! Drew in his too small of PJ's that he wouldn't take off till about 3 pm...being a hilarious little boy!
I went and got Peyt from school and he was running out with this cute gear on! He was SO embarrassed, but I was glad he would actually wear it, not like him at all. He even got to celebrate his half birthday at school today! He was so excited!
AND a little visit with Grandma Kay. She is looking and feeling great! The boys loved stopping for a quick hi!
and my cute hubby with his Grandma...
More fun to come this weekend as cousins are coming to stay!!! Can't wait, lots more entertainment on the way!!!!!!

BuSy WeekEnD!!!

I barely have the energy to upload pics and blog about it! :) Uh seriously though! Tys left on Thursday for a golfing trip that Lance had invited him on...FREE golf ALL day Friday at Coral Canyon and Golfing all day Saturday with a nice place to stay. So I told him even though we had tons going on this weekend, that he needed to go because he definately deserves a break from building our house, work, and to just do something stress free!!! So while he was away we were busy doing this...
I took the boys, with Grandma and Grandpa Yates to see this. Well, Drew was asleep in the first 10 minutes and probably half way through, Peyt was asking to play Angry Birds on Grandmas phone. haha I guess watching Owls for an 1 1/2 hours wasn't ideal...haha Oh well. It was fun to do something! :)
Then we headed to Red Robin and decided to celebrate Grandpas Birthday! The boys shared his yummy dessert whether he wanted to or not :)
YUM! haha
This morning before we headed out on the start of our adventures for the day, the boys went up with Grandma to sing Happy Birthday to Grandpa Bruce and took him his gift that was all Peyts idea...a new BYU hat. Peyt was so excited to give it him.
After the baptism we had a yummy breakfast and I think the kids enjoyed playing more than they did eating! Cute little cousins!
My dad baptized his last, but not least, little kiddo! Congrats little Brenna! What a special day!
Oh no, the fun doesn't end there! :) We got to be there when my brother and his wife's little guy, August was sealed to them. He did awesome and was so cute. I have to admit it was really fun to have such a little spirit in the sealing room. Then we headed back to the church where he got blessed, which I have to add, he sat still the entire time and didn't make a peep!, what a good little boy! We had a yummy dinner after and were lucky enough to spend the day with family. Congrats to Ryan and Amorie on such an accomplishment today! We love little August and are so glad he fell right into your arms.
Okay and this is of yesterday...our hilarious Drew! I told him to go get his shoes on and he came out looking like this! Shoes...but decided to take everything else off!!!! He is always making us laugh!
and this is of Peyt and Dad right before he headed out to Sunny St. George with Lance! Peyt asks about him every second and wonders if he will be home in the dark or sunshine and just can't wait to see his dad! So cute, you'd think he'd left for a month! haha

Well, for a fun busy weekend that still isn't over yet! Good times and great family moments.
