*PiNk*ToEs*FiNaLLy*

I know, I am a little behind, seeing how I DID paint her fingers her first day in the hospital! haha BUT yesterday, I could not get her to wake up and the boys and Tys weren't home...so we headed out to enjoy the sun and I painted her cute little toes! AS SOON as the boys and Tys walked in, her eyes opened RIGHT up! That's all she needed was them to wake her up :) Not sure about this face, but it was too hilarious not to share!!! hahaha

LoviN' iT! :)

Just catching up on a few days or pics missed... Love when they stretch! Such a rough life :) Love her hands, how she has them together... Love our 3 kiddos! WAtch out for spiderman! he may or may not have worn this off and on for 2 days! :) Peyt hates when I miss them getting into bed cause I'm taking care of Kinlee, so I brought her into them. She wasn't completely happy about it. But that's okay :) cause Peyt enjoyed having her lay by him. Peyt got to bring "Rattles", the school pet snake home from school...here's his pic of them. and him with Rattles. The night he brought it home, Tys and I were down watching tv while the boys SHOULD have been in bed, well Drew was, but Peyt was looking for excuses to get out. While we were watching tv, I look up and see Peyts snake sneakily making it's way down the stairs, through the railing bars all the way till it dropped on the stairs. It was hialrious! I was laughing so hard...needless to say his trick worked and he got to come down for a minute and hang out with us. :) So cute she is!!! Peyt is constantly practicing his swing, he loves it! This one he was hitting a dart thing, and it went through the blinds and stuck on the window! Amazing, and he probably couldn't do it again if he tried!

So there we go...a little of our week, minus that Drew has been pretty sick so finally on Thursday night, Tys took him into Kids Care to get checked. They told us his fever, cough, ear infection and whatever sickness was just a virus and they couldn't do anything for him(well, they did give a prescription for medicine on the ear, but said to wait and not get it unless he really seemed to need it) :( so sad! AND I will have to admit that Maalox is a MIRACLE!!! Little Kinlee has been so upset and not sleeping well. So I called the Dr. yesterday and every symptom led to Acid Reflux, they are having me give her Maalox, and it's like we have a completely different baby! She goes to sleep fine and is actually staying asleep in her crib, so we don't have to hold her all time :) I can get something done and get some zzzz's too! She slept from 9-3 last night, went straight back to sleep and then woke up around 7 AND is back asleep! She is probably worn out from all the crying the past couple days! I just hope she and Drew are both feeling better, since they are both catching up on their sleep right now :)

*KiNLee* 1 MoNTh...and...

So bittersweet when she is hitting this first milestone today! Missing the newborn stage already but also loving the new things that come from her being one month old! The boys were so excited to take her pic today. It's cute how much they love her. Peyton has only asked maybe twice to have her stop crying cause he was watching a show, Drew has yet to ask for her to calm down :) She is seriously so stinkin' cute and it's so fun to have a girl...I just have to remind myself that when I am getting little to no sleep lately :) She WAS however sleeping good till just the past 2 nights, they have been rough ones! Wish us luck! :) The other night she was holding her hands together around mine so tight, it was so cute...by the time I got tysons attention to take a pic, she had let go of her grip a little, but it was still worth the picture! Little Pirate Protectors! haha Don't know why she doesn't enjoy her brothers holding her :) Drew was SO cute with her, he wanted to hold her, and obviously you can tell she was crying, so I asked if he wanted me to take her and he said "No, I hold her mom." and then he would pat her back and calm her with a soft "shhhh...." Priceless moments! This is a picture that Peyt Drew of me and Tys! So adorable! I asked what was in between our faces and he said "Just look mom, think about it!" I remembered he's been trying to draw hearts, so that was my guess and SURE enough! A heart it is~ Love it! While getting Peyt out of the shower and dressed, Drew escaped in his Woody towel. He wouldn't come back and we couldn't find him...then he suddenly appeared while playing with this sword thing! It was seriously hilarious! Anyway, there ya have it! Some new pics!

One of those days where...

I guess first of all I feel the need to blog the fun pics at 11 at night! :) Should be in bed...oh well... it's totally normal to wake up to Spiderman chillin' in the skid loader! hahaha The boys thought this was HILARIOUS! Thanks neighbors...it's on, let the fun begin! :) Or where I have another sleeping pic of Miss Kinlee... Tys tells me to go enjoy a nap with Kinlee while he entertains the boys and 2-3(Erin, this means the same as 2 1/2 hours, if you need help figuring that out...haha love ya) hours may or may not have easily passed by... :) I know! LUCKY ME! THanks sweetie!!! Must have needed it. Peyt wants to write numbers and more numbers cause he's bored and bummed he can't play in the snow because at our house, it'd be just like playing in the mud :) we just take more and more pics of our little sweetheart! Got to before she gets even BIGGER! Newborn onsies are getting snug :( last but not least...Peyt wanted to invite a couple friends over to watch Tron since it just came out. His choice of friends...DAsh, who is on a cruise...so he decided not to choose someone else, but narrow it down to two more who were Tate, but he couldn't come because he ended up still being sick :( Missed him, AND another one of his best buddies, Jaxon, our next door neighbor. Who COULD come! :) YEA! Popcorn, drinks and ice cream and they actually sat through the whole movie! So there is for one of those days where we took lots of pics and enjoyed time just veggin' because, well, we could :)

UpDaTiNG...!

Peyt knows what a softie I am and a sucker for any time Dad is gone to let him stay up late. He waits for Drew to fall asleep and then says "Mom...Drew's asleep..." So I ask him what that means and eventually he'll ask to come out of his room. This pic was from when Dad went to the Jazz game and Peyt and I had a little ice cream late night! Love the one on one times! I LOVE how cute she is when she is asleep. I think half the pics of my babies when they are little is of them sleeping, cause I love their positions. She looks totally different in this pic! I swear their looks change every day! Peyt asked to be in the pic with her. :) Enjoying a little Spring Break, Peyt is wanting to call his next door neighbor friend, Jaxon EVERY day at about 8 am! I make him wait till at least 9 and then I don't hear the end of it until Jax and Beckham come over! :) So one day we had them over to frost cookies... I forget how many other clothes Kinlee has in the closet and drawer that she needs to wear...had to get a pic of this one for her Aunt Emilee who gave it to her. :) and another sleeping pose. she didn't move her hands for awhile. AND had the friends over and they decided to make a bed and watch Yogi Bear with some popcorn, of course! They carried all the blankets upstairs, plus a huge down comforter. Impressed I was! Her tiny feet! Please don't grow TOO fast! :( I know, I know, my husband is WAY hotter than yours!!!! hahaha Peyt told me I had to go see dad, and this is how I found him. Nice mustache! and sweet bathrobe! Oh and not to mention the nice missionary hair! Gotta love a hubby with a sense of humor! :) AND last but not least, Happy 16th Birthday to CArston!!!!!!!!!! Hope you had the best day! I thought this was super cute of Drew, who by the way, has all the sudden chunked right up! I love it! He has the cutest voice ever! So just some randomness, because I've been slacking I guess! :) Enjoy!

At the End of the Day...

I can't help but feel such an overwhelming feeling of Love for our kiddos. I race getting them into bed, but as soon as I don't hear "Mom, I love you" anymore and hear snoring or sound sleeping instead...I wonder why I rushed brushing their teeth, reading their scriptures and them straining their voices with the word "ME!!!" hoping they will be heard first and loudest at the chance to say the prayer at night. I think each night I sit and wonder what else we could have done that day, how I could have been a better mom, did we make a memory they won't forget, did I raise my voice at them(and if I had, I then feel guilty), or wondering if they will even remember today, what we did and know daily without a doubt, the great love I have for them. I know that since Kinlee was born, I have let go of tons of stress, irritation and worry, but I have also packed on tons of emotion, different worries, and even more love for my family. As Tys and I have been talking a little more in depth lately about our kids and their futures...I can't help but become extremely emotional when thinking about this, if something were to happen to me or them today, how would they remember me? how would I remember them? How well do we know our children and how well do they know us? Are they too young that they would forget the mom I was or am I too busy to sit and make time to remember just who each one of our sweet little ones are? Tys is very reassuring that we can't think that deep. But oh I assure you, I can! :) and do it a little too often, what if? I guess I just need to remember that this is life and it is what it is. and to just make the best of each of these moments, like... how I just put sweet Kinlee in her crib finally that it's almost midnight. Even though she fell asleep about 9 in her bounc-ie chair. I didn't want to miss the time I could spend just having her by my side. I love to take in every minute of her and know that one day, her friends will be much more cool than I and I won't get to have the final say in keeping her close by my side as long as I'd like :) and for our loving Peyt. His love and passion for numbers. He is so smart. For the big brother he is to Drew, listening to him try and convince him to take his medicine, helping him learn or watching him care so much for his little sister...always telling her how cute she is and so excited to see her. and me hoping as a mother, that his love for his siblings never fails, that he will always show that love and support even as the years add on. Oh Drew Drew Drew. He is one hilarious boy. But I can't help but feel my heart melt when throughout the day he puts his arms around me and says "Love you mom" while kissing me on the cheek. Or telling me he likes my eyes or loves my hair. Asking over and over to give his little Kinlee a kiss on the cheek. and when he tells me "don't talk-a to him, talk nice." after I asked sternly for Peyton not to do something. Me hoping once again, that his love and protective side for his brother and sister will always last. and that I will never stop having my heart melted with such sweet words and a perfect kiss on my cheek.

I need to remember to just take each day one at a time...to not rush, enjoy and soak in each moment and to remember the words that I'm told often "I wish my kids were that age again, where they love you no matter what and will still always give you hugs!" and most of all to remember that this is me living my Happily Ever After and to DO JUST THAT. :)
