}Kinlee's Blessing{

Yesterday, May 22nd, we had Kinlee's blessing. We did it at our home, which ended up being perfect. A fast Sunday didn't work out for us, cause she would have been like 5 months old, and then we were going to do it at the church and that date conflicted...so we ended up here, in our home for her blessing. Now it will be sad the day we move, because of such a special memory. We will enjoy it while we are here :)
It was such a great day, so much family here to support. We had a little program and Peyt offered the opening prayer, I am a Child of God by all the kids, the blessing by Tyson, Families can be Together Forever by our whole family. I can't tell you how touched I was to hear almost all of our family singing that song together, it was incredible...then Drew gave us a closing prayer. Kinlee did awesome for her blessing and didn't make a peep. We love her so much and couldn't feel more blessed than we do with her and our little family.

Kinlee's GREAT grandparents, G & G Tait

Grandpa and Grandma Yates
Grandpa and Grandma Love
4 Generations...glad Great Grandma Charlene thought of it!
Nothing less than a Daddy's girl!
Grandpa and Grandma Pickett
I didn't even have him posing for this pic, it's real life!!! haha So I had to get a pic. I don't know that he's even held her before. He usually enjoyed her from afar :)
Cute brothers with their sister on her special day!
AND of course...had to throw in at least a pic of the cute desserts! :) haha
I still can't believe we had about 60 people here! THANK YOU so much to everyone for coming! It means a lot to know how much love and support we have around us.

Ps...Erin you know this is mostly for you since your flight got cancelled, wanted you to feel somewhat like you didn't miss it...maybe I'll post more pics later of action shots :)
Oh heck, why wait...here ya go! I'm kicking myself in the butt for not getting a group pic, because everyone was sitting together...now I don't know why I didn't!

JuSt A FeW...

He is the cutest most protective BIG brother! I love it. He will hold her standing up and pat her on the back and can actually get her to stop crying. CUTE as HECK!
ERIN...for you to see the cute outfit, but you can't see the flower on the shirt! This definately won't be the last pic in it though...Peyt keeps saying he really thinks her pants are cute in this pic :)
Not hardly ANY pics of me with little Kinlee, so we snapped one...and Drew thought he was in it too :) Poor dude, should have made that work out a little better. haha
YES, Kinlee is wearing a bow in the tub...explanation...I wanted a pic of her in the tub, but didn't want them to look like her brothers pics :) So I threw on the purple get up that she never gets to wear. There you have the reason for a bow in the tub.
She LOVES when her brothers talk to her! She lights right up!
and Happy Birthday to Miss Jill! Celebrating at Red Robin, yum!
AND...Tys came home and headed straight for his project without me saying a word! He started the other day, and finished up tonight. The backsplash looks AWESOME! I love it! Especially seeing how we never ended up doing one in our last house. Glad we put our minds to it and stuck with it! THANKS TYS!!!!!!!!!!

KiNLee 2 MoNtH CheCk UP and...

SO sad she is already two months...the time really does fly by too fast! Wasn't I just SOOO pregnant!?! :( Kinda sad. Anyway here are her stats:
Weight: 10 lbs 7 oz.
Height: 22 3/4 inches
Healthy and cute as ever!
OH~! duh, I totally spaced this for remembering! Before we left to the Dr. Peyt was saying how Kinlee would get shots. Drew kept saying "I not want Kinlee get shots!" I told him it would be okay. Thinking nothing of that, Kinlee layed on the table for her shots. As soon as the nurse put the first one in, Drew ducked down, covered his eyes and started crying saying "No!!!" It was seriously the sweetest saddest moment ever! He is one softie, and you'd never guess it. He must love his sister! I loved it and it made me wanna cry :) Instead I assured him Kinlee was okay...and after she was done he got up wiping tears away still saying she shouldn't get shots. so cute! FLASHBACK to last week...our high degree temps kept us outside! So we had a picnic on the tramp with plenty of otter pops to follow!
Kinlee got enjoy her cute hat! Thanks em! :) Good thing she gave her this one cause the one we bought was too big!
Thanks to Jill for throwing a quick hang out together on Sat....she suggested we all get together while the guys went and saw Thor. We had way too many treats and yummy popcorn and most of all good comfy bonding time! :) All I did was offer our house to come to (so Kinlee could go to bed) and it was that easy!
Cute Drew! He is seriously hilarious! He is always throwing on something of Kinlee's and laughing his head off. He has the sweetest cutest little laugh! I can't get enough of it!
Little Kinlee in her blessing dress...just thought we'd try it on since she is getting blessed Sunday. How awesome is it that I once fit into that too! Thanks mom! I'm so excited she gets to wear it! Oh and not sure why she wasn't happy .... bugged by her brothers bugging her while I looked for the pink quilt tucked away in a box somewhere!
AND Peyt gave me this cute flower for Mothers day...we accidently left it at my moms and she Doctored it back to good health and returned it! THANKS mom! and thanks to my cute Peyt for the beautiful flower! Love my little fam and can't get enough of each one of them!

}Kinlee's FIRST Video{

Kinlee Love from Nathan Pickett on Vimeo.

My brother is amazing, headed to the Hospital right before we were on our way out to get some video of her, love it. Thanks Nate, I may or may not have cried as soon as the music started :) and the boys ask to watch it over and over...

**Randoms**

I was so sad the other day when I tried to get into my blog to do a post and thought it was only mine and was sure I lost everything. Glad to know it's here but taught me the lesson that I should print out my blog book again soon in case it happens! So anyway here we go...
Oh just a cute card from the 2 year old next door! :) Thanks Beckham! haha
Cute little Kinlee! I try and grab the camera when she smiles so big, but I think I enjoy the smile more than trying to capture it on camera :)
AND our little princess turned 2 months! No stats yet, but we have her appt tomorrow, so that will call for another post! :)
For school on Thursday, Peyts class went to the park, played, and shot off rockets they made.
He thought it was awesome!
The boys at school! Peyt loves his little buddies!
AND Peyt started T-ball...lucky for him he has the coolest coach! haha Yep, his dad! Tys did awesome and was so cute with them for their first practice. I loved seeing him teach what he loves!
Wow, guess that's it! I need to upload more pics already. Maybe later :)

SiLLy silly BOYS!!!

Enough said...almost! :)
The boys told me they were Jack Sparrow...and they told me to come see this, their ship? A messy room...okay! Whatever works :) At least they were using their imaginations AND they are super cute J.S.'s
They kept coming out in all of Tysons shoes, it was really hilarious...so naturally, of course, haha I grabbed the camera and told them to show me their muscles since they WERE in WORKOUT shoes! :)
Oh...well, ALL day they had asked to play outside. Last week we played outside all day everyday basically and my house had too much to show for that. Needless to say, I wanted to stay in and take care of some cleaning that was over due. But told them to stay on the patio outside and they could have a popsicle. Hmmm...the popsicles were gone and this is where they ended up! haha I did have Peyt come in and change his clothes, luckily...
they didn't even care it was cold outside, they enjoyed every minute and I enjoyed watching them have so much fun. Seriously, it was precious to me to see them enjoying the muddy dirt, because they were being BOYS!
Yes, this is what happened, mud in the hair, covering faces, ears, hands(this picture doesn't even do justice, I wish you could have seen their clothes too!)...so they stripped down before they could come inside! and straight to the shower for the second time today!
LOVE every minute of my boys! They are so entertaining and I wish I could be so carefree like them!
