ReaLLy...???? Really.... REALLY!!!

haha...so my mom brought me home a great surprise yesterday!!! Sadly, this shirt was finally sold for only $1!! HIlarious!!! Edward has stooped that low I guess. too bad! But I still thought it was funny that my mom got it for me...thanks MOM!hahaha Just wondering if I should have one made with Tysons face on it now??? hmmmm....

And the SUN was shining and was PRETTY WARM for a lot of the day today, so while doing fixer-ups here and there my mom and I finally gave into the boys request to play with the slide and slip-n-slide. Mind you, my mom, Bruce and I were in pants and sweatshirts and these boys didn't mind a bit...as soon as we started blowing up the slide, Peyt and Drew were off with their shirts and determined to find their swimsuits. Hilarious and cute! They loved it and it entertained them for HOURS!
First time down...!
Drew didn't want to go, but when he seemed a little interested, my mom got him on there...on his belly. He loved it! :) So here's his first ride down.
After one slide down, Drew needed his towel...so he bundled himself up!

An hour or two later...they were still playing on it without the water.

and Really. again. :)

Well, then when I got home from the store the watermelon didn't make it quite into the kitchen where Drew could eat it, so he made sure he took care of that by carrying it across the family room to the kitchen...

So this watermelon was .25 a Pound and it cost over $3, which could only mean Drew is hauling around an over 12 Pound Watermelon!

We had a yummy dinner and then headed over to meet up with the rest of the crew for the funnest night yet together!!!
Matt and Nicole didn't wait for a second to pass before they started their fun while we were waiting for the rest to show up.

All of our winnings!! You can't really tell, but we DID get like 6 BIG candy bars plus the little fun size ones, that's right, I think we are pros!!! :)

SERIOUSLY such a fun night! We all laughed so hard and acted like we were kids! I think there might not be anything better than making every effort to find one night to work for 10 busy people and better yet, those people being your best friends and being able to enjoy the night together like you are 5 years old again! It may have taken 15 years for us to get along this well, but I'll take it! JK :) hahahaha Love you guys, and I say AGAIN soon PLEASE! :)

**PS...we did miss our sister Erin and her hubby who are all the way in Virginia, I think it might have been worth the flight to come to our date night!! Maybe next time!!**

HaPPy BiRthDay MOM!!!

A little late, cause we were having way too much fun enjoying it till late last night :) Since we live here, it was kinda funny, I felt like I needed to help take care of my mom for her Birthday like she was part of my little family! haha So we started the day with her breakfast on the table before she headed to work and then surprised her with a fun little group for lunch...
All of us...even my sister in laws came and my Grandma all the way from Sandy!! Thanks girlies!!!
Enjoying her Mud Pie or whatever...and a surprise that Grandpa came too who also treated us to Moms lunch, unexpected. Thanks Bruce!!!!

Then onto the best surprise ever, after trying to distract my mom while Tys carried the cake and ice cream downstairs(it worked) and trying my best to convince mom at how sorry I was not everyone could come to lunch to celebrate her Birthday but that Peyt and I had gotten Dear John for us to watch together after her and Bruce went out. So Bruce took her away around 5:30, me and the boys hurried upstairs to get the decorations up and then the crew showed up and it was after 7 and they still weren't home...so Matt texted my mom saying he wanted to stop by for her Birthday and she said she still had errands to run. So Bruce decided to tell my mom he had to get home to watch the game and so she needed to drop him off before she went back to the store. Of course my mom felt bad that it was her Birthday and he just "wanted to watch the game." haha Well, he had her come inside with her to get the grocery list and it all went UPHILL from there!!!

Then us three girls stayed, relaxed and ate Delicious popcorn while watching Dear John. Which I thought had weird twists, but I still liked it...and it did have a better ending than I was expecting :)

Well, what a fun day we had and nothing better than a family that will help pull it all together and make moms day!!! Last night during an intense game of Wacky 6 ... of course I couldn't step away to take pics of the cuteness and fun going on. So I guess my mom saved the night! The kids made their way upstairs and were going to watch a movie, but I think they did MUCH more running around than sitting quietly, who can blame them, Grandma and Grandpa were there :) Thanks mom, the pics are really cute!




Not sure what is going on here...but as for the rest...looks like the kiddos and...the duck were having fun! :)

Days in life of a GraNdmA...AND simply time for good LauGhS...!

First...I guess LAuGhs...
this is what I get for trying to shower while the boys are awake...they decide unrolling the toilet paper (Drew) and taking it out in the family room to play with was definately fun while I wasn't paying attention :)
BUT then...while Drew was napping I came into the family room to find this...cute LittLe Peyton had cleaned up ALL the toys!!! Which was a lot... I said "Peyt, why did you do this all by yourself??" and he says "Oh, cause it was just easy." too cute! Thanks little guy! and then I told him he could choose any movie to watch since he was so nice to help clean up and he went and found 4 movies and said "you choose mom" So I, knowing exactly what he wanted to watch, I chose every other movie first and he said no to all of them, so finally I said "What about Batman?" and he said "that's what YOU choose? then I guess that's what we'll watch." haha
Peyt didn't last long, but Drew came right around and cuddled with his uncomfortable sleeping brother :)

On for Grandma days... I guess you never realize how busy a Grandma is on her so called day off, until you live with her that is! We started out the day by going to breakfast for Jills Birthday (thanks to my mom for planning it)and then her little guys came over to get watched and then more family came to visit and we all ended up having dinner together and...


throwing together a cake for Jill on her not so pleasant Birthday! Happy Birthday Jill, wish you could have stayed for GiRLy PamPeRing time!
and more laughs...while getting Peyt out of the tub and ready...Drew decided to throw all the BuBBles EVERYWHERE...nice. :)
WOW...more Grandma Days... Cute little August came over to get watched for a couple hours....
and more grandkids came to get watched by grandma...(and we had invited one of Peyt's Best little buds to come play-which he has been asking to play with over and over)
So, we had QUITE the crew...but fun it was!
Oh no, the grandkids don't end there! :) haha MORE fun with 3 more cute grandkids to come play and stay the night!
Hilarious! Drew LOVED going down the stairs...he got spoiled with plenty of rides!
and whatever, he thinks he is NOT done...lets just see him carry it all back up for one more ride down! haha jk Brax came to the rescue and took him for his last ride.

Oh and then those cute boys are enjoying their Mickey Mouse pancakes that Grandma so happily made them!
